About the Author Cydney Rax is the author of My Daughter's Boyfriend and My Husband's Girlfriend. Born and raised in Detroit, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. Cydney is also an author promoter and her reviews have appeared on numerous books. Her novels have been featured in magazines such as Ebony, Essence, Upscale, Jewel, Today's Black Woman, Publisher's Weekly, Quarterly Black Review and Romantic Times Book Club Magazine. Cydney loves to read and is the creator of Book-Remarks.com, a popular website that promotes the books of African-American writers. She has interviewed authors such as Carl Weber, E. Lynn Harris, Eric Jerome Dickey, Kimberla Lawson Roby, and dozens of others. Cydney was born and raised in Detroit and attended Cass Technical High School. She earned an undergraduate degree in written communications from Eastern Michigan University. Currently she resides in Houston. |
